Technodot Academy Successfully Conducts MSME Development Program (January 5–9, 2026)

Malappuram, Kerala: Technodot Academy successfully organized a comprehensive MSME Development Program from January 5th to January 9th, 2026, aimed at empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startup enthusiasts with practical business knowledge and growth strategies.

The five-day intensive program was designed to simplify essential business concepts and provide hands-on insights into managing and scaling a business in today’s competitive environment. The sessions were led by experienced industry professionals and subject experts, ensuring participants gained both theoretical understanding and real-world applications.

The program commenced with an insightful session by Shahadali M on Basic Business Requirements Made Simple & Project Report Preparation. The session covered crucial topics such as GST fundamentals, MSME registration processes, proper billing practices, and essential accounting and record-keeping methods. Participants also learned key legal strategies to safeguard their businesses.

Faseeh KK conducted a highly engaging session on Digital Marketing, focusing on practical ways to increase daily sales and highlighting the essential marketing skills every business owner must develop in the digital age.

The session on Sales Growth, handled by Sidharth P, emphasized effective customer communication, techniques to improve customer retention, visual merchandising, cross-selling strategies, and professional methods to handle customer complaints.

Technology integration in business operations was addressed in a session led by Hamras P and Shanthiya Solomon. Under the topic Using Technology to Run Business Easily, participants explored simple mobile applications for billing and accounting, secure digital payment methods including QR systems, inventory management tools, and ways technology can reduce operational costs.

Anjana Unni conducted a session on Managing People and Yourself, where she discussed practical approaches to team management, stress reduction techniques, time management strategies, and maintaining a healthy balance between personal and professional life.

The financial backbone of business operations was covered by CA Alavi Chitrampalli through the session Business Finance & Growth Strategies. Key topics included working capital management, budgeting, cost control, risk assessment, and succession planning.

A special segment on Making Your Business Stand Out provided participants with insights into customer decision-making behavior, building strong first impressions, maintaining professional displays and uniforms, and creating trust through consistent brand-aligned behavior.

CA Razakh delivered a motivational session on Leadership and Entrepreneurial Skills, focusing on mindset development, leadership qualities, and strategies for sustainable business growth.

The program concluded with an informative session by MSME representatives on Government Support and Schemes, where participants were introduced to MSME benefits, Mudra loans, subsidy-based schemes, and skill development programs. The session also included a simplified guide on how to apply for these schemes effectively.

Overall, the MSME program at Technodot Academy was a significant initiative in fostering entrepreneurship and equipping participants with the necessary tools to start, manage, and grow their businesses successfully.
